Salesforce System Admin

Key Responsibilities

1. Responsible for Release Management and Deployment of packages between environments
2. Creation of Users, Permission Groups, Permission Sets, etc.
3. Responsible for Integrations with other environments such as MuleSoft, AutoRABIT, OWN Back up and Azure SSO.
4. Strong experience with Salesforce Security Model
5. Responsible for creation and refreshing of Sandboxes and Environments
6. Responsible for application deployments by working with DevOps engineers, QA Team, and the Development team to coordinate deployment tasks.
7. Ensuring that application release code have met all security and compliance guidelines, tested successfully, and gained business approval and owner sign-off.
8. Coordinating releases to production after business hours and based on service level agreement guidelines and serving as the primary point of contact.
9. Assessing the need for potential rollbacks during release implementation and obtaining the necessary approvals
10. Facilitating lessons-learned meetings for release issues and following through on resolutions
11. Assisting with release management activities to improve practices, processes, and projects that drive value for the business.
12. Proficient in Data Loader or an ETL Tool for data integration activities
13. Experience in troubleshooting issues.
14. Ability to create reports and dashboards as well as configure security.

Additional Skills and Knowledge

1. BS or equivalent and 4–7 years of work experience in computer sciences or related field, or equivalent combination
2. Salesforce Certified Administrator with 4 years' experience minimum
3. Hands on experience with AutoRABIT for promoting releases between environments and roll back as well as installation and configuration experience with the product.
4. Hands on data masking experience with Salesforce Shield.
5. Hands On Experience with JIRA
6. Hands On Experience with set up and maintenance of GIT.
7. Knowledge of MuleSoft Integration with Salesforce
8. Hands On Experience in the Administration of Salesforce Financial, Service and Experience Clouds.
9. Pardot Experience Preferred
10. Minimum 4+ years of software release experience with commercial off-the-shelf applications
11. Working knowledge of Microsoft Team Foundation Server/Azure DevOps and Microsoft Office tools
12. Strong in Sales, Service and Experience Clouds
13. Experience in the Financial Industry preferred.
14. Able to work outside of normal business hours, as your work schedule will be affected by project schedules.
