Salesforce Solutions Team Lead

Skills (EXPERT/ADVANCED/NONE):

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of Salesforce developers.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•  Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
•  Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools
•  Proven track record of leading Salesforce projects from inception to delivery.

Description:

•    Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, approvals, and integrations.
•    Define and document Salesforce architecture, including data models, integration flows, and security models.
•    Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of Salesforce solutions.
•    Guide development teams in the implementation of Salesforce solutions.
•    Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior Salesforce developers.
•    Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
•    Stay current on the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices.
•    Participate in the evaluation and selection of Salesforce products and technologies.
•    Adhere to Salesforce best practices and security standards.
