✅ 10+ years Salesforce experience, with certs to back it up
✅ API wizardry, cloud-savvy, and a hint of security smarts
✅ OpenText, IAM, or modern frameworks like ReactJS – a plus
✅ Mastery of Agile, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
✅ Bonus points if you’ve danced with PHI, PII, or SSA data
