Key Responsibilities:

Architect scalable Salesforce solutions

Lead offshore teams and manage project delivery

Own client communication, sprint progress & issue resolution

Ensure integration with platforms like Workday, NetSuite, etc.

Drive Agile best practices and compliance

Must-Have:

Strong Salesforce architecture + delivery experience

Excellent leadership, stakeholder, and team management skills

Familiarity with enterprise systems (Workday/Oracle/NetSuite)

Proven track record in Agile project delivery
