Role Description:
- Reporting to the IT Senior Manager , the Salesforce Solution Architect will be key business partner contributor to deliver CRM execution in APAC for Customer Care/Field Service &
- Commercial processes, and specially to support CONGA CLM solution.
- Salesforce Solution Architect is an IT improvement role for business process and for IT internally.
- This role helps guide businesses to improve business processes and efficiency in Salesforce.
- He/she will elicit, document, and analyze requirements around business challenges, and then produce data-driven solutions, being hands on on solution with parametrization and development if it is needed.
- Collect all the requirements from business to be define the best solution together with other Senior Solution Architects.
- He/She will be also a key support for delivering the solution and implement the solution on the salesforce platform, so the hands-on skill is mandatory.
- His/her experience on different processes of Contract Lifecycle Management processes will be really appreciated to support business and collaborate with the rest of IT Salesforce team on the design on the solution in CONGA software.
- Will also collaborates with the Customer care/Field service and Commercial team in APAC, to provide support on the definition of processes, to write functional documents, to follow the best practices with UAT, and its organization with business.
- Testing process on the system will be an often task for most of the enhancements or project for business.
As a summary, main tasks:
- Documentation the solution
- Work with JIRA

- Supporting ticketing system
- Participation in different projects
Job Responsibilities:
- Collect all the business needs/requirements.
- Write functional/technical documents descriptions.
- Support changes/requirements in CONGA platform.
- Implement the changes/parametrization in Salesforce platform
- Support on testing processes to business.
- Test IT solutions to grant a good level of testing before to deliver it to business.
- Add expertise and support to Customer care/Field service/commercial departments on their requirements and processes to innovate and increase the productivity with Salesforce.
- Implement salesforce solution as a Salesforce Solution Architect for enhancement or project if it is required.
- Identifies issues or trends and brings them to the attention of IT management.
- Escalates records for review to the supervisor or other appropriate staff members.
Job Experience Requirements:
- Technical University Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in Salesforce and CONGA implementation.
- Expert with +3-5 years in Salesforce as Admin role/Solution Architect.
- Full Life Cycle SFDC implementation experience with sales cloud, service cloud, CPQ, and others.
- Proven experience in an IT business facing role. Pharma industry will be a plus.
- Organized, focused, conscientious self-starter, learns details of new systems and programs quickly, and exercises good judgment in making decisions related to data
