Description

Responsibilities

Perform application configuration, testing, and evaluation to ensure quality and consistency

Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura Components, SOQL, Flows, and Workflows

Integrate Salesforce.com with external applications via REST, SOAP, Platform Events (real-time, batch, sync/async)

Write Visualforce pages, Apex classes/triggers, and batch processes

Implement Lightning Experience and Lightning Design System

Model data, manage security, and handle SFDC configuration

Define and develop system interfaces, analyze and prepare data conversion requirements

Interact with business users to understand and document key business processes and system needs

Recommend changes to configurations, standards, and maintenance practices

Support end-user training and manage change communications

Troubleshoot issues, analyze performance, and propose improvements

Requirements

5+ years of Salesforce experience

3+ years of experience with CRM systems and Salesforce development

Strong skills in LWC, Apex, Aura Components, SOQL, Webservices (REST/SOAP), JSON, XML, Platform Events

Experience with Salesforce Lightning Design System and Lightning Experience Development

Demonstrated success in Salesforce system implementations

Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I and II

Preferred Salesforce badges: Lightning, Apex, Security, Integration, Deployment, Aura Components Specialist, Advanced Apex Specialist

Strong problem-solving, analysis, and troubleshooting skills

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
