Job Requirements for Salesforce Senior Admin

Experience:

Minimum 6 to 9 years of experience in Salesforce Administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and configure Salesforce orgs, including custom objects, fields, pages, workflows, and Apex triggers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
  • Provide training and support to end-users, including creating documentation and conducting training sessions.
  • Monitor system performance and make recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and new features, and apply best practices to ensure system stability and security.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator certifications.
  • Experience with Salesforce development tools, such as Salesforce DX, Visualforce, and Apex.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems
