Mode of Hiring: Long- term Contract

Position Requirements:

• Experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product-focused role.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC), including modules like Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, CPQ or others.
• Proficiency in managing Agile frameworks, backlogs, and translating requirements into actionable user stories.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with SDET and DEV leads, ensuring accountability and quality delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements for the BAU team.
• Prioritize and manage product backlogs aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct sprint planning, refinements, and reviews while maintaining transparency with stakeholders.
• Drive cross-functional team alignment and monitor progress to achieve delivery milestones.
