Description

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
  • Strong background in managing complex or mission-critical technical products, preferably within Salesforce or comparable CRM systems.
  • Ability to define and communicate product direction clearly for a single team or multiple agile teams.
  • Proficiency in writing detailed user stories, epics, and features for agile delivery.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder-management skills across technical and business teams.
  • Analytical mindset, leveraging data to shape and refine product decisions.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
  • Proven experience working with highly technical software solutions.

Core Responsibilities

  • Partner with engineering leads, scrum masters, and developers to ensure that product deliverables align with strategic objectives and quality standards.
  • Establish, own, and continuously refine the roadmap and vision for high-priority Salesforce products or product lines in line with organizational goals.
  • Gather requirements and set priorities by collaborating with stakeholders from product management, technical teams, and business functions.
  • Use user feedback, technical feasibility insights, and market research to influence the overall product strategy.
  • Write actionable user stories, epics, and features that guide team execution effectively.
  • Track adoption rates, monitor performance metrics, and apply data insights for ongoing improvements.
  • Keep all stakeholders informed with regular communication on goals, progress, and release outcomes.
  • Contribute actively to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives to maintain clear priorities. 

Preferred Skills

  • Prior work with Salesforce platform products, integrations, and ecosystem solutions.
  • Agile Product Owner or Scrum Product Owner certification (CSPO or equivalent).
  • Experience in enterprise environments with large and complex product portfolios.
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
