Salesforce Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, and communication strategies.
• Identify project dependencies, manage the critical path, and ensure successful execution.
• Estimate resource requirements and secure the necessary participants to achieve project goals.
• Set and manage project expectations with stakeholders, team members, and leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure effective collaboration.
• Demonstrate understanding of Salesforce functionalities across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Model, and Classic-to-Lightning Migration.
• Participate in requirement discussions, provide solution recommendations, and serve as a thought leader.
• Track sprint progress, manage dependencies, and deliver Agile-based status reporting.
• Identify risks and dependencies early; implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure quality control at all stages of project delivery.
• Maintain strong customer communication, ensuring expectations are consistently met or exceeded.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Experience: 10+ years of overall project management experience, with at least 5+ years managing Salesforce projects.
• Certifications:
  • Salesforce Administrator and/or Salesforce Platform App Builder (mandatory)
  • Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant (preferred)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI-ACP, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) is a plus.
• Skills & Competencies:
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale Salesforce implementations.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to identify business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and manage delivery.
