Description

Minimum of two years managing salesforce.com platform operational tasks. Handling support tickets, including integrations, system configuration troubleshooting, 

Experience of working in a multi-org enterprise environment, with large (1000+) user base. Comprehensive experience working with packages, CI/CD pipelines, SFDC flows, triggers, data loader, and platform configuration tasks.

Skilled in configuration of form generation (e.g. Conga Composer); setup and run of backup/restore/archive data tasks (e.g. Odaseva).

 

Mandatory Skills:

*            Current SFDC Administrator official certification. ITIL foundation.

*            Salesforce Skills -> User account management, Integration management, all platform setup/configuration tasks. License management.

*            Salesforce Ecosystem skills -> CSV Data Loader, full refresh management, package management, data management (e.g. exploration of data issues, E2E data tests, etc.)

*            Additional skills -> conga development, Odaseva configuration. CI/CD knowledge (e.g. Jenkins, Openshift, git, etc.)

*            Platform knowledge, SQL, APEX helpful. 

*            Knowledge of IT service management tools. Capable with INC/PROB management and L3 support service delivery
