Key Responsibilities:

1. Development & Implementation:

  • Design and develop custom solutions within Salesforce Order Management.
  • Implement features like order capture, fulfillment workflows, inventory management, and returns/exchanges.
  • Integrate Salesforce OMS with Commerce Cloud, ERP, payment gateways, delivery partners, and other third-party systems.
  • Configure Salesforce OMS settings, such as order lifecycle management and fulfillment preferences.
  • Customize the system to align with specific business processes and operational needs.
  • Develop APIs and middleware to integrate Salesforce OMS with other platforms and services.
  • Ensure smooth data flow between Salesforce OMS and backend systems.
  • Monitor OMS performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
  • Optimize system configurations for efficiency and scalability.
  • Work closely with product managers, architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless end-to-end order processing.
  • Conduct unit testing and work with QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Maintain proper documentation for system changes, configurations, and customizations.
  • Provide training and support to internal users on Salesforce OMS features and best practices.
  • Offer technical support during deployment and post-implementation phases.

Experience:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce core with 2+ years of hands-on experience on OMS.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and Order Management lifecycle.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, and LWC.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and third-party integrations.
  • Familiarity with order management workflows (order capture, fulfillment, cancellations, returns).
  • Knowledge of database concepts and tools like SOQL and SOSL.
  • Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Admin, developer, OMS admin and OMS developer
  • Experience with DevOps tools like Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with additional Salesforce tools like Marketing Cloud
