Key Responsibilities:

- Implementing Solutions: Enhancing customer-facing and internal processes utilizing Marketing Cloud expertise.

- Developing, configuring, and executing solutions, including data migration and integrations with Marketing Cloud.

- Collaborating with teams to plan, execute, and enhance Marketing Cloud solutions.

- Presenting project concepts and results to stakeholders.

- Crafting and executing solutions in Email Studio, incorporating A/B testing.

- Building automated email/mobile journeys using Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder, while offering optimization guidance to clients.

Integration & Technical Skills:

- Establishing and managing integrations between Salesforce and other corporate systems.

- Ensuring the quality and efficiency of implemented solutions through code reviews, testing, and optimization.
