Description

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to support initiatives by designing, implementing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
This role will serve as a bridge between marketing operations and data analytics teams, ensuring marketing data is structured, captured, and leveraged effectively for insights and decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement customer journeys using SFMC Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio.

• Manage and optimize data flows between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and external data systems (e.g., Salesforce CRM, Data Warehouses, CDPs).

• Collaborate with data analytics teams to define tracking requirements, campaign KPIs, and customer segmentation strategies.

• Create SQL queries in SFMC to extract, transform, and load marketing data for reporting and analytics purposes.

• Develop and maintain Data Extensions, subscriber lists, and segmentation logic.

• Support A/B testing, campaign reporting, and data attribution models.

• Ensure marketing data is compliant with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

• Provide insights into campaign performance and work with analytics teams to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications –

• 7+ years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

• Strong understanding of email marketing, customer journeys, and digital campaign management.

• Proficient in SQL, preferably within SFMC’s Query Studio or Automation Studio.

• Experience integrating SFMC with Salesforce CRM, Google Analytics, or BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.

• Familiarity with AMP script and/or SSJS scripting for dynamic content creation.

• Experience working on data analytics or data-driven marketing projects.

• Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret campaign metrics.

Preferred Qualifications –

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Email Specialist, Administrator, Consultant).

• Background in customer analytics, marketing operations, or digital analytics.

• Experience with data privacy frameworks and marketing compliance
