A U.S.-based organization is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer with hands-on experience in building and integrating CloudPages, executing real-time campaigns, and implementing advanced personalization strategies using Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools. This long-term contractor role focuses on delivering personalized, data-driven marketing solutions and enhancing customer engagement through dynamic, automated workflows.
We are looking for someone with expertise specifically in Salesforce Marketing Cloud rather than a general Salesforce developer. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Email Studio, Mobile Studio (SMS/WhatsApp), API integrations, and AMPscript.
Responsibilities
- Build and customize CloudPages using AMPscript, JavaScript, and CSS, integrating them with frontend tools and external platforms.
- Design and execute real-time campaigns triggered by customer behavior and interactions.
- Implement advanced personalization strategies leveraging tools like Einstein Recommendations, dynamic content, and customer data extensions.
- Create and optimize customer journeys and workflows using Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to campaign performance, deliverability, and integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver innovative marketing solutions.
- Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with APIs, CRM systems, and third-party platforms for seamless data flow and campaign execution.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including AMPscript, Journey Builder, and CloudPages.
- Proven experience in real-time campaign execution and dynamic workflows.
- Expertise in personalization tools, such as Einstein Recommendations and dynamic content.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for customizing campaigns and CloudPages.
- Experience integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with APIs and external platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and optimize marketing campaigns
