Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer

Web Synergies is looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join our team in Bengaluru. You will be responsible for developing and supporting the Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud platforms. This role involves integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Salesforce Sales Cloud and other enterprise systems using SOAP/REST APIs. You will also provide system administration support and collaborate with teams to develop solutions and resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and support Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales CloudSalesforce Marketing Cloud
• Support integration between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce, as well as other enterprise systems
• Provide system administration support for Salesforce Marketing Cloud environment, focusing on access management
• Support Salesforce customised applications, user permissions, security settings, and workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues

Skills and Experience:

• 2–4 years of experience with  and Sales Cloud
• Hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and the Salesforce Lightning Interface
• Experience with SOAP/REST APIs, SQL, and ETL processes
• Familiarity with declarative development tools such as Flows, Process Builder, and Workflows
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
