About the Opportunity:
We are partnering with a leading MNC to find a talented Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Tech Manager who will work closely with the Ford Credit IT/Business teams. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with strong SFMC experience who are looking to play a key role in solving business challenges and implementing innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration with Ford Credit Teams: Work alongside the Ford Credit IT and Business teams to identify challenges and propose solutions that improve processes and deliver business value.
  • Solution Design & Validation: Validate and assess solution designs throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • SFMC Configuration & Development: Manage configuration areas in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Development, Email Template Design, Contact Builder, Email Studio, Data Extensions, Bounce Management, and User Management.
  • Functional Testing Support: Support functional testing cycles, including test planning, status reporting, and test execution results to ensure high-quality implementations.
  • Problem Solving & Recommendations: Identify problem areas, recommend enhancements, and develop solutions based on ongoing business challenges.
  • Communication & Documentation: Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills to present complex ideas clearly to developers and stakeholders. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and training materials related to SFMC configurations.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • 8-12 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including core components like Journey Development, Email Studio, Contact Builder, and Data Extensions.
  • Proven experience with Jira and Azure for creating user stories and Confluence for documentation.
  • Ability to work on complex configurations and integrations within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
  • Strong experience supporting functional testing cycles and providing status updates and execution results.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex requirements and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in creating and maintaining training materials and detailed SFMC documentation.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges.
