Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation and optimization of Salesforce Data Cloud to unify, segment, and activate customer data
Configure and manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio
Design and build personalized, automated customer journeys and campaign solutions
Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with third-party platforms and internal systems
Analyze campaign performance using SFMC reporting tools (Data Views, Analytics Builder, Discover Reports)
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Lead the creation of statements of work (SOWs), solution design documentation, and delivery plans
Develop and maintain AMPScript, SSJS, SQL queries, and HTML/CSS for emails and landing pages
Ensure data privacy compliance (PII, GDPR, CCPA) and best practices for customer data handling
Conduct user training sessions and support adoption of marketing cloud tools across teams
Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including quarterly PI planning (onsite as needed)
