We are currently seeking a Salesforce Lightning Developer with strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to join our CRM Service Line supporting Client. You’ll be part of a dynamic Salesforce practice delivering high-impact IT projects across multiple Salesforce clouds including Sales, Service, Communities (Experience), Marketing Cloud, and Pardot.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, debug, and support scalable Salesforce Lightning Components and applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Customize and extend Salesforce Experience Cloud with custom page layouts, apps, and record pages.
- Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript within the Lightning Web Component (LWC) framework.
- Integrate Salesforce with external APIs and systems for seamless data flow and automation.
- Optimize performance and ensure high scalability following Salesforce coding standards.
- Partner with administrators, architects, and other developers to implement end-to-end solutions.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure quality.
- Provide ongoing support and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, platform features, and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 4–6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with proven hands-on experience in Lightning Web Components.
- Proficiency in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
- Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and JS frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Experience working with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP), Apex, and SOQL.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) and Component Framework.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to manage priorities across multiple projects
