Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading the development of their next generation quote to cash ecosystem to support their growing business as well maintaining and enhancing their current Salesforce platform.
  • Collaborate with both the business and technical team is essential in this role.

Required Skills

  • Good understanding of Sales and Service cloud.
  • Salesforce APEX, Visualforce programming (Integration).
  • Extremely fluent with Lightning – Flows, Process Builder.
  • Good knowledge of Salesforce Lightning components.
  • Good understanding of SOQL.
  • Good SQL Server understanding (in-line queries and stored procedure).
  • Understanding of SSIS will be bonus.
  • Understanding of Azure DevOps (ADO).
  • Advantage on understanding of AutoRabit (SF CICD).
  • Understanding of Control-M.
  • Good understanding of ITIL process.

Required Experience

  • Someone with prior Insurance domain experience will be preferred.
  • Salesforce Admin experience (setting up users, roles, profiles, leads, sharing settings).
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with other legacy systems.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field.
