Role Description

This is a remote contract role for a Salesforce IT Lead at 4A IT Services LLC. The Salesforce IT Lead will be responsible for network administration, troubleshooting, network security, and providing exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

Network Administration, Troubleshooting, and Network Security skills
Experience in Information Technology
Customer Service skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and remotely
Certifications in Salesforce or related fields are a plus
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
