Job Description:

  Technical Expertise:

• Design, develop, and implement OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and other Salesforce Industries components tailored to the Energy and Utilities domain.
• Configure and customize Salesforce Industries products, focusing on best practices for scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Develop seamless integrations between Salesforce Industries solutions and external systems, leveraging APIs and middleware tools.

  Domain-Specific Knowledge:

• Apply deep understanding of Energy and Utilities industry processes, including but not limited to asset management, customer service, billing, and regulatory compliance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and leverage Salesforce solutions to address industry-specific challenges.

  Client Handling:

• Engage with clients to gather and document business and functional requirements.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to optimize business processes using Salesforce Industries.
• Manage client expectations and deliver exceptional service throughout the project lifecycle.

  Solution Design & Delivery:

• Translate client requirements into functional and technical designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and business analysts, to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Conduct system testing, user training, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure successful solution adoption
