Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce administration and development.
Proven experience with GITHUB ACTIONS or similar CI/CD tools.
Extensive experience with Salesforce release management and change management processes.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including but not limited to Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
Excellent understanding of version control systems, particularly GIT.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience leading code review forums and promoting best practices in coding and design.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, or Salesforce Certified DevOps Engineer are highly desirable.

Required Skills:
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with other DevOps tools and practices.
