Description

We are looking for a Salesforce DevOps Lead with strong expertise in deployment tools and automation. The role requires ownership of end-to-end DevOps practices, ensuring smooth, secure, and reliable delivery of Salesforce solutions.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Architect, design, and continuously improve Salesforce DevOps frameworks leveraging industry-standard tools.
  • Lead the setup, governance, and optimization of CI/CD pipelines to streamline release management.
  • Automate deployment processes while enforcing compliance, security, and operational efficiency.
  • Manage packaging and movement of custom code, metadata, and configurations across multiple Salesforce environments.
  • Implement and maintain the Salesforce Package Development Model to support modular, scalable delivery.
  • Handle sandbox refreshes, production backup strategies, and overall change control procedures.
  • Drive documentation of DevOps standards and educate teams on effective usage and adoption of these practices.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship, guiding development teams on DevOps methodologies and technical solutions.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align business needs with DevOps frameworks.
  • Clearly communicate technical choices, advocate for best practices, and foster consensus across teams
