Join our Salesforce team as a Senior DevOps Engineer, playing a critical role in managing, streamlining, and enhancing DevOps processes across a Salesforce brownfield implementation.

Your focus will be to ensure efficient, automated, and high-quality delivery of features and integrations throughout the Salesforce SDLC — working in alignment with Azure DevOps tools and practices.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

⚙️ Design, implement, and manage end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce using Azure DevOps

📦 Optimize and automate the release management process for Salesforce environments

🔍 Collaborate with development, QA, and architecture teams to align DevOps strategy with technical goals

🛠️ Manage version control, branching strategies, and deployment workflows

🚦 Monitor builds and deployments; proactively troubleshoot DevOps pipeline issues

📈 Maintain documentation related to DevOps architecture, tools, and process flows

🔁 Continuously improve automation, testing integration, and release frequency

✅ Must-Have Skills

✅ Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps processes in complex environments

✅ Expertise in Azure DevOps for Salesforce CI/CD (pipelines, boards, repos, artifacts)

✅ Proficiency in Salesforce metadata deployment, Git version control, and test automation

✅ Familiarity with brownfield Salesforce environments and release best practices

✅ Strong understanding of the Salesforce SDLC, including org strategy and sandbox governance
