Job Description:

Document and update detailed business requirements

Document and co-develop functional design specs for Salesforce platform-based configurations
Log and manage configuration ticket requests
Create use cases based on detailed requirements and functional specs for QE, E2E and UAT testing cycles
Support, execute and conduct validations for QE and E2E testing
Support the planning, scheduling, execution and issue resolution for E2E and UAT
Must have skills:

prior BSA experience in a similar role in the GTM business area
Excellent communication skills

Strong ability to work with business customers
Detail oriented and thorough
Experience in business process flows and documentation
Good team player with a Salesforce "Ohana" family spirit
