·         Mentor and coach junior developers, conducting peer code reviews and pairing sessions to elevate team skills and ensure code quality.

·         Contribute to roadmap planning and proof-of-concepts, offering strategic perspectives on user journeys, site taxonomy and information architecture.

What You Bring

·         3-5+ years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 2 full-lifecycle Experience Cloud (Communities) implementations under your belt.

·         Proven ability to balance hands-on coding (Apex, LWC, Flows) with client-facing leadership—you’re as comfortable in a whiteboarding session as you are writing testable, efficient code.

·         Salesforce certifications strongly preferred: Experience Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I (or II), and/or Architect credentials.

·         Solid grasp of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/ECMAScript) and modern frameworks (React, Vue) for tight Salesforce integrations.

·         SSO & Identity expertise, including OpenID Connect, SAML, OAuth flows, and secure authentication patterns.

·         Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, contributing to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and continuous delivery pipelines (CI/CD).

·         Exceptional communication skills—you simplify complex technical topics, build trust through transparency, and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders
