Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions with a focus on Field Service Lightning (FSL).
• Configure FSL components including service territories, service resources, work types, scheduling policies, and mobile settings.
• Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, and integrations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Create and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, process builders, and flows.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware, and web services (REST/SOAP).
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to performance, data integrity, and FSL functionality.
• Participate in code reviews, QA testing, and deployment planning using version control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Support ongoing enhancements, user training, and documentation for Salesforce and FSL modules.

Required Qualifications:
• 4+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL).
• Strong understanding of FSL data model, scheduling engine, dispatcher console, and mobile features.
• Experience with Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, etc.).
• Familiarity with Salesforce APIs, integrations, and third-party connectors.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification required.
• Salesforce Field Service Consultant certification strongly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Service Cloud and Salesforce mobile development.
• Knowledge of Git, Jira, and DevOps tools for Salesforce (e.g., Copado, Gearset).
• Familiarity with enterprise systems such as ERP, GIS, or asset management tools.
• Experience with testing frameworks and Salesforce DX
