About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team in Brazil. In this role, you will develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce applications, integrating them with external systems and third-party applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Salesforce development, object-oriented design, and API integrations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications, integrations, and tooling using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and GitHub actions.
  • Collaborate with product managers, administrators, and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance on Salesforce best practices.
  • Design and implement data models, custom objects, workflows, and automation using declarative tools.
  • Conduct unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality performance of Salesforce applications.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs and middleware tools.
  • Provide expertise on Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and solutions to optimize performance and scalability.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and trends to propose innovative solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, peer programming, and knowledge-sharing sessions to foster a collaborative environment.
  • Document technical designs, specifications, and development processes for maintainability and clarity.


Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration.
  • Hands-on experience with REST API integrations, middleware, and ETL processes/tools.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II are highly desirable.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tooling/frameworks, including SFDX CLI and VS Code
