Key Skills & Experience:
Expertise in Salesforce Omnichannel and AWS Connect integration for CTI.
Strong knowledge of REST, Apex, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Salesforce Service Cloud.
Hands-on experience with customizations, performance testing, and deployment in an Agile environment.
Bonus: Familiarity with Python, SAP, and Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ).
Education: B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent.
