Salesforce Developer Job Description (with Core Integration Experience)1. Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components, and Visualforce to extend Salesforce and meet specific business requirements.2. Build custom UI experiences using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce pages.3. Implement and manage integrations using Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Streaming) with various enterprise systems such as DocuSign, Conga, MuleSoft, SAP, Oracle, ACBS, and others. Design scalable integration patterns (request/response, batch, event-driven, middleware-based).4. Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using DevOps tools to automate deployments, version control, and environment management.5. Conduct unit testing, system testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality code. Write and maintain automated test classes to achieve code coverage requirements.6. Follow Salesforce best practices in coding standards, secure development, and performance optimization.7. Create and maintain technical documentation for custom solutions, integrations, and APIs.8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, QA, and Admins. Be able to independently lead small projects and mentor junior developers.9. Preferred certifications: Certified Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I & II, Integration Architecture Designer, Platform App Builder.
