Salesforce Developer

• Collaborate with the Assistant Director to develop solutions for business challenges
• Build and improve automations within Salesforce using Salesforce Flows
• Support and optimize applications built using OmniStudio and OmniScripts
• Resolve issues with data collection in OmniScripts across various Client programs
• Enhance and maintain Salesforce Education Cloud functionalities
• Stay current on new features and releases within Salesforce Education Cloud and implement as needed
• Document technical changes, configurations, and user instructions
• Conduct release testing, unit testing, and smoke testing
• Support future integration initiatives to expand platform capabilities
• Help streamline platform functionality to allow business owners to focus on core processes

Required Skills:

• Expertise in OmniStudio – OmniScripts and FlexCards
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Education Cloud
• Proficiency with Salesforce Experience Cloud
• Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Flow
• Experience in release management, unit testing, and smoke testing
• Strong documentation and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Salesforce integration experience
• Salesforce Certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, OmniStudio Developer, or Education Cloud Consultant
• Basic knowledge or understanding of AI concepts and building blocks
