Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, test methods, and LWC components to meet business needs.
Automate business processes using Salesforce Flows for scalability and maintainability.
Develop and support Salesforce Messaging (In-App & Web) integrated with Service Cloud.
Build and maintain Salesforce integrations with external systems using Apex REST APIs or ETL tools.
Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure best practices are followed.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Manage deployments using Salesforce DX, Change Sets, and CI/CD tools.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Research and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance system performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
6+ years of Salesforce development experience, with a strong focus on Service Cloud.
Expertise in Salesforce Flow (beyond just Apex and LWC).
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Messaging in App and Web.
Knowledge of Experience Cloud for building customer service portals.
Proficient in Salesforce integrations using Apex REST APIs or ETL tools.
Strong debugging skills with LWC components.
Ability to review, analyze, and improve code written by others.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid)
Duration: 12+ Months (with potential for extension or conversion)
