Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement technical solutions on the Salesforce platform, including custom development using APEX, Force.com, Java, Salesforce Flow Builder, Visualforce Pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Develop solutions that span multiple platforms, including system integration and authentication.

Migrate existing functionality from Workflow Rules and Process Builder to Flow Builder.

Implement Batch Apex, Apex triggers, and classes.

Develop and consume web services, REST services, and other data transport technologies to interact with Salesforce.com.

Manage end-to-end technical aspects of Salesforce.com programs, including data modeling, data migrations, data quality, system integrations, and third-party applications (e.g., Clariti Basic Gov, Conga).

Define, communicate, and manage technical change management processes (e.g., release management) for all Salesforce.com related technology efforts.

Perform backup and recovery, and manage data seeding using tools such as OwnBackup.

Develop and implement Omniscripts.

Utilize Conga Composer for document generation.

Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues.

Perform analysis and requirements gathering with customers.

Prepare detailed written instructions and documentation.

Develop and deliver oral and written reports and presentations.

Create clear and concise documentation.

Resolve complex problems in a timely manner and seek optimal solutions.

Communicate technical terminology effectively to diverse audiences.

Manage complex assignments effectively in a high-stress environment.

Troubleshoot application issues under pressure.

Qualifications:

5+ years of working experience on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

2+ years of working experience with Public Sector Foundation for licensing/permitting.

Experience in a minimum of two full Salesforce.com lifecycle implementations.

In-depth understanding of Salesforce.com capabilities and constraints.

Experience designing and documenting technical architecture solutions that span multiple platforms and include integration and authentication across systems.

Proficiency in custom development using advanced structured programming (APEX, Force.com, Java), Salesforce Flow Builder, Visualforce Pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.

Experience with migrating from Workflow rules/Process builder to Flow builder.

Demonstrated successful implementation of Batch Apex, Apex triggers, and classes.

5+ years of experience with Azure DevOps.

3+ years of Database Architecture experience.

2+ years of experience in Infrastructure/Network and Application Support.
