Salesforce Developer

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying Salesforce solutions with strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce integration.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support business functions.

Develop Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Perform unit testing and troubleshoot issues in the Salesforce environment.

Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

Maintain and manage Salesforce security, data integrity, and user access.

Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning, standups, and reviews.

Provide technical documentation and user training as needed.

Required Skills:

5–8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, LWC (Lightning Web Components), and SOQL.

Experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems using REST and SOAP APIs.

Proficiency in Salesforce configuration – objects, workflows, validation rules, process builder, etc.

Understanding of Salesforce data model and security model.

Experience with version control tools like Git.

Knowledge of CI/CD in Salesforce (Gearset, Copado, or Jenkins) is a plus.

Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required.

Platform Developer II and other certifications are a plus.

Nice to Have:

Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.

Exposure to Salesforce DX and SFDX CLI.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
