Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience in Salesforce CRM development with strong expertise in Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning and Salesforce Mobile Publisher.
Experience with SFDC Administrative tasks like creating Profiles, Roles, User Security Models, Page Layouts, Email Services.
Experience with Lightning Components, Design System, APEX Classes, Process Builder, Triggers, Visualforce, Approval Processes, Aura, and Flow.
Experience with database design concepts and use of SOQL, SOSL, and SQL.
Experience with Salesforce API and Web Services (REST/SOAP/Bulk) to integrate with other systems used in the organization.
Worked on salesforce standard/composite APIs as well as custom APIS
Striving towards coding best practices focused on governor limits and data quality.
A proactive attitude to Salesforce enhancements and bringing existing code into best practices.
