6. Testing & CI/CD – Skilled in writing test classes, achieving high code coverage, and using tools like Gearset.

7. Salesforce Ecosystem Knowledge – Exposure to CPQ, Experience Cloud, or other Salesforce clouds.

8. Performance Optimization – Strong problem-solving with a focus on limits, performance, and refactoring.

9. Agile & Team Collaboration – Comfortable in Agile teams, with clear communication across roles.

10. Certifications & Learning Mindset – Holds Platform Dev II or higher and stays updated with new releases.
