Description

• Demonstrate proficiency in Salesforce capabilities to include: Apex, LWCs, flows, triggers, complex formulas, approvals, security, APIs and more

• Consult with scrum teammates to ensure technical integrity

• Implement scalable solutions whenever possible

• Know, follow, and teach Salesforce programmatic patterns and platform best practices

• Conduct code reviews for teammates 

• Contribute to the DevOps process

• Execute testing on personal and team development efforts in coordination with QA lead

• Be comfortable in an agile scrum team context

• Embrace and promote agile practices and mindset

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree

• 3+ years of related experience

• Ability to work independently and multitask within a collaborative work environment

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, focus on customer service
