Description

Technical Lead in the Huntington Salesforce Center of Excellence (COE) team
- Responsibilities include: Leading a development team, conducting research on new Salesforce capabilities, resolving code and configuration-based defects, and leading proof of concepts with architects.
- Duties: Provide leadership in Core Salesforce capabilities, participate in agile practices and ceremonies, enhance DevOps processes, understand enterprise cross-system integration concepts, conduct product/solution evaluations, design, document, and develop development patterns and best practices, and mentor technical delivery staff.
- Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree, minimum 4 years of experience in developing enterprise-level applications including Salesforce.com full-stack development, minimum 2-3 years in a scrum team environment, strong problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills, SFDC Data Model knowledge, and expertise in GIT.
- Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce Certifications such as Administrator, Platform Developer (1 and 2), Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud experience, Salesforce managed package evaluation, deployment, and upgrade experience, experience with Salesforce CI/CD(Jenkins, Copado, Gearset, etc), and experience with other Salesforce products like MuleSoft, Salesforce Marketing Cloud
