Responsibilities

  • Participate in identifying and recommending development / testing solutions / tools in support of project / application objectives.
  • Prioritize and manage own workload in order to deliver quality results and meet timelines as assigned.
  • Support a positive work environment that promotes service to the business, quality, innovation and teamwork and ensure timely communication of issues/ points of interest.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance productivity, effectiveness and operational efficiency of the business unit and/or team.

Required Skills

  • Familiar with Apex Crypto Class.
  • Advanced APEX and Visualforce skillset.
  • Ability to work with Global teams and deliver work effectively.
  • Field Service Lightning (FSL) experience is advantageous.
  • Good communication skills and ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Experience

  • 5-10 years of experience in Salesforce.
  • Experience in API Development.
  • Utilized the App Exchange and can identify 3+ apps that have been installed and used.
  • Experience in Agile SCRUM.
  • Experience with Object Oriented Analysis and Design.
  • Experience with at least one object oriented language (Java, Apex, Javascript, Python).
  • Experience with Relational Databases & SQL.
  • Experience in JavaScript.
  • Experience in web services (REST).
  • Experience with Git and Devops processes.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field.
