Description

  • Write high quality, reusable and maintainable code using APEX programming language and Object-Oriented programming languages.
  • Develop and implement Salesforce solutions across Experience Cloud, Education Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud.
  • Translate architectural designs into functional applications by building custom code in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Integrate Salesforce with AppExchange solutions (e.g., Linvio, Mogli, Saleswings) and and Other third-party external systems (e.g., Oracle Campus Solutions) using middleware such as Boomi using REST and SOAP API’s.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with standards.
  • Collaborate with the Lead Salesforce Technical Architect and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce for student lifecycle management, recruitment, engagement, and support services.
  • Develop and execute targeted communication campaigns within Marketing Cloud.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation to support knowledge sharing.
  • Write batch classes and schedulable classes to handle large data sets in timely manner.
  • Follow agile methodology which involves daily scrum calls and retrospective session. Participate in sprint planning and grooming sessions to plan and estimate the time frame for user stories.

All the responsibilities mentioned above are in line with the professional background and requires an absolute minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor' s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects
