Salesforce Developer

We are looking for a talented Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. This individual will work closely with stakeholders to design, develop, and implement Salesforce applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Development: Design, develop, test, and implement custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce tools.

Customization & Configuration: Customize Salesforce standard objects and fields, create custom objects, workflows, triggers, and process automation to meet business requirements.

Integration: Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems (via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, etc.), ensuring seamless data flow across systems.

Troubleshooting & Support: Provide ongoing support for Salesforce solutions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal system performance.

Code Quality & Best Practices: Ensure code quality and maintainability by adhering to best practices, implementing unit tests, and conducting code reviews.

Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet both technical and business needs.

Salesforce Release Management: Manage change sets and assist with deployment to production, following a structured release management process.

Documentation: Create technical documentation for all custom solutions and integrations.

Training & Mentorship: Assist in training end-users and junior developers, sharing knowledge on best practices and Salesforce platform capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Salesforce Development Experience: At least four years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components
