Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in OmniStudio and Health Cloud to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive Salesforce development experience, a deep understanding of healthcare workflows, and the ability to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools.

Build and configure OmniStudio components such as OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors.

Implement and customize Health Cloud solutions, leveraging healthcare data models and workflows.

Develop and maintain automation using Salesforce Flows and Business Rules Engine.

Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and architects to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs or middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft).

Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.

Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and contribute to continuous improvement.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Salesforce implementations to improve performance and scalability.

Prepare technical documentation, unit tests, and support deployment activities through CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

5+ years of Salesforce development experience.

Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and declarative tools.

Hands-on experience with OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures).

Strong knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud architecture and healthcare industry workflows.

Familiarity with Business Rules Engine, Salesforce Flows, and automation tools.

Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, external systems, or middleware).

Exposure to Salesforce DevOps tools (Salesforce DX, GitHub, Copado, Jenkins) preferred.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to work in a collaborative Agile environment.
