Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop Salesforce solutions by following proper software development lifecycle.
• Supervise and direct junior programmers and developers during development process.
• Analyze system specifications and translate system requirements to task specifications for junior programmers and developers.
• Provide feedback to analysts/programmers about performance considerations / usability issues concerning software specifications and implementation.
• Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.

Required Skills

• Good understanding of Sales and Service cloud.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce APEX, Visualforce programming (Integration).
• Strong expertise in Lightning – Flows, Process Builder.
• Proficient in Salesforce Lightning components.
• Good SQL Server understanding (in-line queries and stored procedure).
• Understanding of SSIS will be bonus.
• Good understanding of ITIL process.

Required Experience

• 7 Years of genuine experience.
• Experience with SQL server and other JavaScript frameworks.
• Salesforce Admin experience (setting up users, roles, profiles, leads, sharing settings).
• Experience developing on Lightning Experience using Lightning Components.
• Must have experience working on Web Services.
• Agile Development and Scrum framework experience.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field.
