Salesforce Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer. Provide strategic solutions to Business Analysts for complex Salesforce projects, including lead lifecycle management, lead qualification, lead Assignment Contact and conversion processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development. At least 2.5 years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce Lightning Framework.

• Expertise in Salesforce Lightening Framework, Apex, App exchange product development work and other customizations in SFDC.

• Good understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud/ Community Cloud/Sales Cloud/ Health Cloud.

• Experience in Javascript Programming, HTML and CSS.

• Good understanding of API integration methodology (Rest and SOAP API knowledge is a must, Mulesoft knowledge is a plus).

• Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders and present ideas in user-friendly language.

• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability and knowledge to lead and mentor the team in designing and review of code and guide and encourage the team to follow best practices.

• In depth understanding of SFDC Profiles/Roles and Sharing Rules, Validation Rules, Tasks, Workflow rules and Triggers, etc.

• Good understanding of Salesforce deployment tools.
