We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce Developer & Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing Salesforce applications using Apex, Triggers, and Salesforce declarative tools. You will be responsible for managing and enhancing our Salesforce platform, ensuring seamless integrations, and delivering customized solutions that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce Administration:

• Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and data security.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, process builders, and validation rules.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with best practices.
• Monitor and optimize platform performance.

Salesforce Development:

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using Apex classes, Apex triggers, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWCs).
• Build and maintain custom objects, fields, and page layouts to support business processes.
• Develop batch processes and integration APIs to connect Salesforce with external systems.
• Debug, test, and deploy custom solutions in accordance with company guidelines.

Collaboration & Troubleshooting:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Address technical issues, troubleshoot bugs, and provide prompt resolutions.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features, suggesting improvements to leverage platform capabilities.
• Document technical designs, configurations, and user guides for new solutions.
