Salesforce Data cloud engineer

Job Description:-

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and test Salesforce solutions (e.g., Sales Cloud) in line with business requirements. 
• Develop clean UI using Lightning, JavaScript MVC frameworks, HTML, and CSS. 
• Lead a cross-functional team (~10 CRM engineers, both onsite and offshore). 
• Ensure system meets performance, security, and testing standards, coordinating with architects and product teams. 
• Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation strategies. 

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience, including end-to-end implementations (especially Sales Cloud). 
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent. 
• Proficiency in Apex/VF, Lightning Web Components, Aura, and JavaScript-based frameworks (React, Angular, jQuery). 
• Experience integrating with APIs (SOAP/REST) and middleware (Kafka, Informatica, Tibco). 
• Competent with SOQL, Test-Driven Development, and front-end debugging. 
• Solid understanding of source control, CI/CD, and tools like GitHub, Jenkins, and Salesforce Metadata API. 
• Familiarity with Salesforce security best practices, including SSO and role-based data access. 

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS and cloud-native data engineering. 
• Knowledge of data modelling and BI tools (Tableau CRM, Datorama, MicroStrategy, Data Cloud). 
• Background in media, entertainment, or advertising sales. 
• Salesforce certifications—e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer II, Application Architect.
