Create and Manage Data Sources: Efficiently set up and configure data sources within the Salesforce Data Cloud to optimize data management practices.
Develop Data Ingestion Processes: Construct and maintain robust Data Cloud ingestion pipelines to assimilate data from diverse sources, enhancing our data ecosystem.
Perform Data Harmonization: Utilize advanced data harmonization techniques, including the creation of Data Layer Objects (DLOs) and Data Mapping Objects (DMOs), to ensure high data quality and consistency.
Implement Identity Resolution Rulesets: Craft and enforce rulesets for identity resolution to integrate customer profiles across various databases effectively.
Create Calculated Insights: Develop calculated insights by generating complex formulas, joins, and aggregations to analyze Data Cloud objects deeply.
Design Segmentation Strategies: Innovate and manage precise customer segmentation strategies to support targeted marketing initiatives and personalized customer experiences.
Activate Data Across Platforms: Drive business value by enabling the strategic activation of data insights across different Salesforce platforms and applications.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of direct experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
At least 3 years of extensive experience on Salesforce platforms, with a preference for individuals with over 4 years.
Profound understanding of the Salesforce core platform and its functionalities.
Advanced knowledge and operational experience in data harmonization, segmentation, calculated insights, and activations within the Salesforce Data Cloud environment.
Strong technical skill set specific to Salesforce.
Nice to Have:
Official Salesforce Data Cloud Certification.
Additional Salesforce-related certifications (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
Experience with enterprise integration and ETL tools.
Proficiency in Apex coding and Salesforce integrations.
Experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC).
