- The architect must be able to evaluate data sources, analyze the data, set up connectors to ingest DSOs, transform the data in DLOs (Data Lake objects), Standardize the ingested data via data model objects (DMO) for use in personalized sales, marketing, analytics and other use cases.
- The SF Data Cloud architect would work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, IT, and Data Analytics, to bring dynamic content and tailored experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP), including data acquisition, integration, quality assurance, and utilization.
- Configure and implement data-driven segmentation strategies, ensuring accurate audience targeting and content delivery.
- Design, document and implement data models, data pipelines, and transformations to support data ingestion, integration, and enrichment within Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Be curious and up-to-speed with the fast-paced releases coming to the platform.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless data integration, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize system performance for data initiatives.
- Integrate data from various sources, including CRM systems, databases, and third-party platforms, to support marketing and personalization efforts.
- Provide training and support to development teams on utilizing Salesforce Data Cloud features and capabilities.
Nice to have qualifications:
- Strong understanding of marketing automation, data segmentation, and personalized customer journeys, decisioning and Next Best Action.
- Experience working with Data Actions and Flow integrations, data integration, and API utilization.
- Expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, data integration tools, and SQL.
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or other customer data platforms (CDPs) and data management practices, including data governance and compliance.
- Familiarity with credits consumption model and how optimize usage of entitlements, data modeling, scoring technologies
