Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce Data Cloud Implementation: Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, integrating with various data sources to ensure seamless customer data flow.
  • Data Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients to define and refine their customer data strategies, focusing on gathering, managing, and activating data for personalized marketing and improved customer experiences.
  • Data Modeling & Architecture: Create and maintain data models that unify customer data from multiple systems, ensuring data integrity and scalability within Salesforce Data Cloud.
  • Customer Insights & Analytics: Utilize Salesforce Data Cloud’s analytics tools to generate insights, build customer segments, and enable predictive analysis for business decision-making.
  • Integration: Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce Data Cloud with other Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud) and third-party applications.
  • Optimization: Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Salesforce Data Cloud environments for performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Training & Support: Provide technical training and documentation to end users, ensuring they can effectively use Salesforce Data Cloud.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, data analysts, developers, and client teams to ensure successful project delivery.

 

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Experience: Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) and other Salesforce products (e.g., Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
  • Technical Knowledge: Hands-on knowledge of SQL, Data Modelling, understanding of data integration techniques (APIs, ETL processes), and data governance best practices.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse large datasets, generate actionable insights, and create data visualizations using Salesforce Data Cloud’s analytics capabilities.
  • Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Certifications: Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, or Salesforce Administrator are highly preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in industries such as retail, finance, or manufacturing, where customer data is critical.
  • Knowledge of customer segmentation, personalization, and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

 

Education

Any Graduate
